Shipping policy

We provide free shipping on all orders within India. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery time is 35–45 business days from the date of order for orders within India and 45–60 days for international orders. However, it can take longer due to factors such as custom sizing or circumstances beyond our control.

You shall be responsible for providing adequate directions, information, and authorizations to accept the delivery. In the event of failure to accept delivery or failure to deliver within the estimated time due to inadequate instructions, information or authorizations, then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you, and all risk and responsibility in relation to the same shall pass to you. Our decision in relation to this is final and binding. Our liability ends once the end product has been delivered to you and extends to the value of the product purchased by you.

All orders are delivered to the address given at the time of placing the order. To change it, please email us at marketing@koterie.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
